It is so rewarding to create a meal from all our farm seasons we made 200 lbs of heirloom tomatoes ,farm onions, farm garlic into speghetti sauce over the summer tonight we are enjoying spaghetti using our home made sauce and red wattle Italian sausage and of course our famous winter green salad....

we adopted her with her four friends from a client that was moving and she adopted her as well so we have no idea her age but her little legs are so stiff she moves funny and therefore the other fowl picks on her so we keep her in the tack room with light on and then carry her out to our small yard...
