We had a great day on the farm today. We planted some of our farm grown spicy garlic as well as perilla a.k.a. Shiso, three different types green red hojiso,red shiso , and at shiso green some of may have tasted this with sushi these plants originated in Japan over 300 years ago and are very good...

And it was good , farm fresh as good as it gets . Jimmy our nephew staying with us over winter says I eat less what’s up , we’ll when you eat good nutritious food you need less nutrition takes care of your body instead of fillers ....
