We smoked the leg for three hours with mesquite and grape vines now on to the summit Weber for low and slow seven more hours we put leg on a bed of our farm organic apples and onions and shredded some of both on top. Now onto hierloom tomato BBQ sauce....

Wow we have a record amount of table grapes . We have been juicing them and it's just pure grape juice and so sweet....
