While we were out staking our giant heirloom tomato plants , we found a few buried in the middle of the plants. These are pork chop (yellow), Japanese black trifle (pear shaped)Japanese black prince, and blue beauty, as well as large bared boar. We buy most of our seeds from seed savors or baker...

It is amazing how much ground these guys cover they are at one end of the farm to the other several times a day sometimes in seconds they are on the front park lawn to way north to the farm Vineyards . We got a smile looking at these beautiful sweet looking pure brats that hiss threatening all of us...

We will be using our farm fresh harvest for dinner tonight. It is always rewarding to go out in the gardens harvest food and create dinner ....

It’s so exciting as everyday we are seeing our tomatoes ripen we plan these plants out as early as fall to get our rare seed order in before they sell out and then plant in February then transplant in April so they are nearly a year in planning and growing....
