Our very first pomegranite on the farm, it's always exciting when we plant over the years and finally get fruit it's been three years for these.we certainly loose plenty of our efforts which makes it that much more rewarding when somethings sustains the harshness of our desert....

This chick is being raised in Roxy the red wattle pasture. If you listen while out on the farm you can here mom and chick communicate constantly chick beeps and mom clucks....

our organic pasture raised red wattle pork tenderloin roast , we are going to sear this on the roatisier with our farm apple butter and apricot jam. We are also picking some of our heirloom onion for a blue cheese wedge salad using our farm cured bacon and then a little sauté farm fresh zucchini ....

the jungle is growing , we have tomatoes on about every plant 24 different heirloom varieties and we search out the rarest,most unique ,uncommon organic varieties .we start sourcing our seeds this summer for next spring planting.we often get asked when they will be ready and usually the first week...

Sam is watching over me while I work in the gardens, we laugh as we have fences around all our garden beds to keep critters out and Sam just jumps over them. Poodles are very hard working dogs they protect our farm and us and will not hesitate to hunt down and tackle coyotes . They will not kill...
