"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

The girls are always on hand to help dig in fresh dirt. We are planting the new vines and we had plenty of help from the girls ....

Farm compost

We make our own compost using our farm waste. This compost is about one year old and you can see how rich and clean it is. We are using some to plant our new 50 Zinfandel vines....

Pruning the vines

We trim our vines getting ready for the new grape season. As we trim the old vines we like to save and age them as they are fantastic to smoke our fresh organic red wattle pork....

Farm Zinfandel vineyard

We just received 50 bare root vines to add to our vineyards and it is a job, and in about six years we will be rewarded with more wine grapes. We first drill a 30 inch hole and use our farm compost and plat the vines all the way down just leaving two inches above the soil....
