I was thinking out loud of what to make for dinner with our left over chicken. That’s when Michael requested ramen.
Ramen is so easy we harvested some chive blossoms , pastured eggs , and our chicken foot stock....

These are just 26 of the many purple, black, and deep red vegetables we planted this year and the funny thing is almost all of them turn bright green when cooked. The dark vegetables also take the longest to ripen....

They hurray up and eat thier organic grass scratches, before they head out for a day on the farm they literally cover the entire five acres over and over everyday scratching for bugs and eating fresh pasture grasses....

We are going to make a organic pastured roasted chicken using our farm herbs and butter with Brussels sprouts roasted in the same pan....
