It’s so nice to have great garden beds that we have been building for years , we carefully rotate and cover crop our beds . This bed is our oldest bed we have on the farm and therefore the best as it takes years to build the soil. We just broad forked to lift and airate the soil carful not to turn...

We are busy clearing out the tomato gardens getting ready for some winter greens. It was motivation seeing the grocery store listeria recall on fresh vegetables . We will also be planting some of our saved onion, garlic, and leek seeds that we have saved over the years....
