"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Farm greens

We have shisho three different varieties as well as spinach , rainbow Swiss chard, scarlet kale , pepper cress, and some red lettuces. We are going to have a nice salad with our farm pickled beets ,goat cheese and walnuts....

My kind of meal

We grilled some wague beef burgers and topped with frois gras and some fresh french bread toasted along with our farm fresh fried squash put some fresh hierloom ( sorry store Baught that have no flavor) on top organic cottage cheese my kind of meal....

Farm pickled carrots and beets

We made two different pickle brines for the carrots we used some ginger,ground mustard, turmeric, celery seeds, the beets we used cinnamon sticks, allspice berries, cloves. They both came out good and then we canned the carrots, it’s always rewarding when you plant seeds and end up with some good...

Farm soil

We grew our root crops in our farms oldest and best beds , we have roataded , cover cropped ,composted used our worm casting for nearly 20 years on these lower beds. All you need to do is look at the roots on these carrots and beets....
