On the menu tonight
We are having creamy pablano turkey soup, it’s a recipe using left over Thanksgiving dinner which we had enough of so we froze some of the left overs to use later. This recipe called for left over stuffing and orzo , mashed potatoes.
We used left over turkey ,our farm fresh turkey stock ,orzo, mashed potatoes from last nights ribeye roast dinner and a mirepoix of celery, carrots, onions, and pablano pepper. It certainly smells wonderful.
