Mother’s Day brunch
We are excited to be going to one of our farm friends and famous Las Vegas Chefs restaurant for mother’s day brunch. Chef Brian Howard was one of the first chefs that encouraged us and supported us early on he owns Sparrow and wolf and he serves nightly dinners and us being farmers do not do to many late nights so we were supper excited to see a brunch and he was sold out we simply asked can you find room for us and with no problem he said yes. We will share our organic pastured eggs with him as it so happened our local farm customers that buys 5 dozen eggs a week went on a two week vacation . We topped it off with a fresh double yolk ear.
