Enjoying our view
While cooking this is our kitchen view and we never get tired of this view. I am perpairing a mushroom cream sauce using morel,chanterelle, lobster, and shitaki mushrooms. We used our farm shallots .garlic, and chicken foot stock. The hard thing is we went to o Pahrump Valley winery and enjoyed a nice lunch and chat with Bill Lohcen the owner and we are still to full for dinner so I’ll make the sauce and use it tomarrow with the steaks and farm salad.
