Well it was a success funny how we used very little red tomatoes and the sauce is red....

We smoked the leg for three hours with mesquite and grape vines now on to the summit Weber for low and slow seven more hours we put leg on a bed of our farm organic apples and onions and shredded some of both on top. Now onto hierloom tomato BBQ sauce....

We just love seeing all the wild flowers some new sun flowers are blooming while others are turning to seed. We just let them reseed them selves and see their beauty from year to year....
