We used some of our farm fresh fire roasted tomato sauce along with our organic pastured chicken foot stock added a little cream for a farm fresh rich soup along with our local French bakery bread we made yummy grilled cheese using sharp cheddar along with Gouda cheese. As the week winds down so do our meals. We are having Korean beef fried rice using our left overs from last night and foraging in the gardens for bok choy and scallions. We will also enjoy of our organic ground pork dumplings....

We are searing some Korean short ribs on our summit Weber BBQ it gets over 750 degrees and we just love the bells and whistles on it from the infra red , to sear station , to the extreme heat all while enjoying the surrounding mountains and our sky's ....
