"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.

The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures. Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.

All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

we are making these fantastic beans with our red wattle ham our local feed store sells these beans from Adobe milling in Colorado they are known from the Indians...

100 percent grown and raised on our farm we have purple sweet potatoes ,winter greens, and our red wattle ham that John Mulls smoked for us . There is nothing more satisfying then cooking our meals that we raised here on our farm and knowing what we are eating. The proof is when we had blood test...

I made red wattle pork Italian sausage with our heirloom tomato pasta sauce I made with all our organic tomatoes onions and garlic it is such a reward to use our farm food we worked so hard for through out the year and then just look in freezer and cupboards to make a fine meal fresh farm organic it...
