It's funny that germination makes you excited being a farmer from building our soil from our compost and worm casting researching and finding the best possible seeds from 100 percent organic farmers and growing and harvesting the finest food possible . It makes all the hard work so rewarding....

It's so nice to be able to raise our own food after our Death Valley tour I went out to freezer pulled out some eggplant Parmesan I made over the summer using all our fresh produce and picked a salad and we had a wonderful dinner with no effort perfect end to a great day...
