The stew taste even better today. We are going to freeze some of the left overs after we unshelled all of the fish. It gave us several meals and was a lot of fun to make....

Our fish stew was wonderful we paired it with our friends fresh local french bakery rustic bread we are all full with a hearty warm stomach ....

We are using Guy Fieri NorCal Cioppino recipe for the base , but used our hierloom farm made tomato sauce , used our chicken foot stock instead of water and used Alaskan king crap instead of Dungeness crab , a little less white fish and added lobster more to my liking.
