Animal welfare approved certified
Yes I will fix that, no problem. Congratulations! Your farm has now been approved by the Animal Welfare Approved program. We are so happy to have you on board.
I am attaching our logo here. Please feel free to use it on brochures, website, etc. If you do put the logo on your website, we ask that you link it to our website. We will in turn put your website on ours.
I am also attaching a vendor information form for you to complete. Please let us know where your products are sold so that we can let consumers know where to find you. You can alternatively complete this form online.
Someone from our marketing team will be getting in touch with you to put together your online farm profile. If you would like to fill out the interview questions in advance, they can be found at this link.
I will be sending you a package containing certificates, labels, and other promotional materials. Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime. Egg cartons can be purchased through our website here: http://animalwelfareapproved.org/farmers/eggcartons/

Congratulations! Your laying hens, meat chickens, and breeding geese have been conditionally certified by the Animal Welfare Approved program. The final step is to sign and date the attached affidavits and return them to me as soon as possible. We require a physical signature on the affidavits. Please sign and date the attached and return them to me by scanned email, fax to 202-446-2151, or by mail to the address below. Once I have received them, I will send you an AWA logo, approval package, and certificate.
Please note that your pigs and turkeys will need to have the slaughter process reviewed before we can certify those species.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you,
Julie Suarez Walker
