"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Southern fried chicken for dinner tonight

While Michael was arriving home he asked what are you doing and I was like harvesting potatoes and garlic right outside our farm kitchen window. We had southern fried chicken with our all blue potatoes and green beans....

Farm coopers hawk

Being a desert farmer it’s no big deal to fry some chicken outside on the bbq in 102 degrees so our house does not smell like grease . While we cooked our chicken our resident Cooper’s hawk watched us just set peacefully for several minutes....

Farm Vineyards

We have several varieties of grapes from Thompson seedless Our few vines of Cabernet and then our full Zinfandel vineyard and those are so hard to harvest as the clusters are rarely ripe evenly as we can have solid green grapes right next to overly ripe red ones on the same clusters....
