"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

On the menu tonight

We had some of our farm fresh hierloom tomato soup with vegtibles and our chicken foot stock along with a grilled cheese sandwich using bread of the day O Happy Bread french bread from our local French bakery ....

Sam stole more French bakery bread

We picked up some more day old bread from our local French bakery O Happy Bread , to feed to Lewis our grandfather red wattle boar and Sam found the bags and helped him self....

Found the chicks hidden nest

We found the girls hidden nest this morning. Every year the girls go nuts after thier winter hiatus of not laying eggs. They start laying like crazy and try and hide some for thier future family. When we find a old nest we feed them to the pigs....
