"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Hierloom tomato sauce

Nancy has arrived yippie. We are busy canning we used local olive oil from Amergosa and sherry all processed at our local Pahrump Valley Winery and we sell our Zinfandel grapes to the winery as well as use their wine pomace on our farm....

Farm made mayo

We used our pastured organic eggs ,along with organic pastured red wattle farm pork and our onion and peppers to make this potato salad with farm mayo....

Pork leg progress

We smoked the leg for three hours with mesquite and grape vines now on to the summit Weber for low and slow seven more hours we put leg on a bed of our farm organic apples and onions and shredded some of both on top. Now onto hierloom tomato BBQ sauce....
