"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Feels like winter on the farm

This view this morning is from the Vineyards, and all the leaves will be gone soon as we had several days with freezing mornings. The days are still warming up to the 70’ s so it’s still nice....

Our wine club shipment

As always our wine club arrived and we always receive gifts we got this magnet along with a wonderful lobster roll recipe and of course we will be making them, but we shared some with our farm chili using our hierloom tomatoes along with some wonderful corn bread and spun honey which is a must....

Shimi is not on board with the time change

Shimi demanded her time out on the front huge pasture at 2:30 not three thirty her time did not fall back even though her parents love the time change. Lunch on the farm

We could not think of anything good for lunch so we made hot fudge ice cream sundays. We made home made fudge and whip cream , along with bananas and toasted coconut and it was yummy ....
