We turned our farm damage into food. The main damage we got from the 60 mile an hour winds was our apples blew off the tree we are going to make apple sauce and can it. There is nothing better than apple sauce and red wattle pork chops. The apples that were o damaged we fed to our red wattle animal...

We just love the holidays on the farm as we go to the gardens and harvest our holiday meals, we will make potato salad with this harvest....

our meat chicks are starting to venture to the pasture it's so funny to watch them as they do not walk they run and fly back in forth to the barn and pasture with a couple old layer chickens watch over them....

We grew up with meat and potatoes and vegetables but you have not tasted a real potaoe until you try a farm fresh. We just walked through the gardens and we reached down to the potato row put our hands under the soil and yippie we have organic potaoes we get our potato sets from wood prairie farm...
