"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Dinner tonight

We harvest part of our dinner while enjoying the views. We will pork chili verde from our organic pastured pork,as well as anaziz beans with our farm ham, and sautéed veggies....

We saved Shimi. With chicken

Shimi was wild on the farm she would jump a fence 4 feet high with a jack rabbit twice her size all with one front arm, that was her diet and last year she retired from hunting when she was so ill and would not eat we went to the store and bought some organic chicken thighs . We had to chop them up...

Go host paper Bhutto jolkia

Our plants are loaded they will turn orange red when ready. They are 400 times hotter than Tabasco with more then one million scoville heat units. We grow them from our saved seeds and they are very flavorful like a hot spicy black pepper but you can only use a sliver....
