When we first bought our raw farm land about twenty years ago we talked to a local friend who told us to plant trees right away. We are happy we did as now we have close to hundred mature trees to help shade our farm....

The piglets are doing well they have a 16 by 16 concrete box stall with a half acre organic pasture and a pond. It was nice to see the little ones venture out and play they are all healthy....

We are up bright and early getting the smoker ready. We save all our farm tree limbs so we can use them on the farm in the smoker we use our grape vines and mesquite. It takes a while to burn the wood to hot coals. I have to keep a close eye on the smoker every half hour adding more wood. I try and...
