We made fresh red wattle pastured organic pork steaks scaolpinin using our left over pecorino cheese pasta it was so good.we used our chicken foot stock as well as our farm fresh sage....

We are sitting here with a fire and it started raining . We have crazy weather that can differ 50 degrees from morning to afternoon and our farm is surrounded by mountains so the slight chance of rain hits our farm when the weather says 20 percent chance of rain we get rain. We do not complaine...

This crazy 19 year old cat, we nursed back from the brink and now she has been sneaking out to the barn at all hours of the night that's why she is so tired now. Shimi has not Been in the barn for over a year and she has been demanded fresh chicken three times a day so her weight and energy is back...
