We just love fall on the farm and it's almost here . Savory meals are so heart warming we had our red wattle pastured organic pork chops over braised cabbage using our organic chicken foot stock and melted onions . I must say I had to add my favorite stuffing ....

We still have tomatoes but it's such a jungle I am worried about a unwelcome friend hiding in there so I cannot harvest them. We sure are glad we got so many at the begging of the season....

Being that Shimi our 19 year old cat has retired it's time we clean the clutter out of the barn. We have been experiencing a rodent problem. We here our resident halwks and owls getting them early in the mornings....

We harvest part of our dinner while enjoying the views. We will pork chili verde from our organic pastured pork,as well as anaziz beans with our farm ham, and sautéed veggies....
