We are still getting some late harvest lettuces ,kale, carrots, onions and Patti pan squash we will do some fried rice for dinner using our vegetables...

We grew our peppers and tomatoes all from seeds and most from saved seeds from our gardens last year. We will have red, orange , and yellow peppers and many colors of tomatoes....

We are going to make a left over pork chop stir fry using all our farm food Swiss chard, Tuscan kale and Patti pan and zucchini squash....

Our red ranger and Cornish game hens moved to the big barn they will stay here and the paddock until they get some feathers then out to the pastures. Until they can go out on pasture we hand pick organized pasture grasses every day and feed it to them they drop everything to kick and scratch through...

These are our day old meat chickens and put them in a brooder for the first week with heat lamps. We also hand pick some of our organic omega three pasture grasses. One would never think of chickens preferring grasses over corn based feed....
