We are searing some Korean short ribs on our summit Weber BBQ it gets over 750 degrees and we just love the bells and whistles on it from the infra red , to sear station , to the extreme heat all while enjoying the surrounding mountains and our sky's ....

We used organic every where we could from the spices to the flour and all the vegetables sorry to say we had to buy choice cube steak from the market . Our menu was chicken fried steak with farm chive mashed potatoes and steamed organic veggies with organic butter....
