"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.
The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures.  Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal  welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.
All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

Salt and onions

There is some things we just love to compliment our farm food and some are SALT, olive oil, and vinagers. Jacobsen salt from netarts bay Oregon is the bomb, we also like our local olive oil school lane that our local winery harvest and processes in house . All our adventures include insulated bags...

Hierloom tomato water

We did not have enough tomatoes for canning but had enough to make tomato water. We blend and strain the whole tomatoes and add nothing to get the most refreshing tasty juice and it does not taste like the tomato juice from the store....

On the farm menu

We had some good friends make some poke dumplings using our pastured ,organic red wattle ground pork , we will also stir fry some of our farm summer crops. We have tried to grow purple peppers fro years without success and we got a wonderful surprise when found this lilac pepper in the gardens....

Farm hierloom tomatoes

We harvested these beauties this morning to name a few we have yellow and green stripes named pork chop, we also have chocolate stripes, Japanese black prince, Japanese black trifle ,Dona, Italian beef steak, and many more....
