"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.

The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures. Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.

All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

We had organic chicken thighs with a wilted spinach salad with our farm fresh pastured eggs and pastured organic beacon and farm fresh chives really flavorful ....

We love sourcing out old heirloom grains and beans and then using all our farm fresh organic vegetables and meat , makes all the work we do worth while. Sometimes our work is so hard when it's so hot and seeing rattle snakes makes one want to give in but when we eat our farm food it makes everything...

So many shapes and sizes and different colors and they all have distinctly different taste . We had a steak and side of fresh sliced hierloom farm tomatoes for dinner and we both stopped eating the steak to admire such flavor the tomato had....
