"Welcome to Our Farm"

Welcome to our desert oasis. Located 60 miles West of Las Vegas, between Las Vegas and Death Valley. Our goal is to strive to become as self sustainable as possible and being good stewards of our land and animals.

The main goal and focus is in raising animals humanely and providing them the best possible environment in which to grow. This environment must include full access to grass pastures. Our beliefs is what guided us on our path to becoming the only “animal welfare approved” farm for our fresh pastured organic eggs, chickens, and geese.

All farm activities are performed with organic and or bio-dynamic growing methods and principles.

We started our worm bed about sixteen years ago ,we feed them our farm manure and their castings are by far the best for our gardens....

While we were out looking at our pumpkin patch we found this hidden nest. It's full of turkey and gueania hen eggs, it's funny the gueania hens will climb under a turkey mom and lay their eggs and let someone else do the work. We only let a select few birds hatch so we collect several eggs per year...

This is one of our compost piles. This one is our acid pile with pine needles ,wine pomace and grape stems. We compost our piles for one year the acid compost is used for our vineyards and hierloom tomato plants....
