We have root crops of carrots, beats, and potatoes as well as hierloom tomatoes, eggplant, , squash...

We are sure working hard to grow this tropical root crop in the desert when it gets above 100 degrees we use a swamp cooler to cool the plant off and when the sun gets directly overhead we put shade cloth over it but so far our efforts are working and it takes a long ten months to mature....
