This is a view from our Vineyards that perfectly frames mount Charleston, our local ski resort we have the most lovely snow capped mountain views most of ythe year. The best of all skiing is an hour away anytime we feel like going....

All went well so far with the pork loin looking good, I changed up the side to a creamed roasted corn we have not been successful in growing corn here on the farm but we used our black hungery peppers and shallots and scallions....

our organic pasture raised red wattle pork tenderloin roast , we are going to sear this on the roatisier with our farm apple butter and apricot jam. We are also picking some of our heirloom onion for a blue cheese wedge salad using our farm cured bacon and then a little sauté farm fresh zucchini ....

We just love surprises on the farm these are flowers we planted 5 acres away in the chicken grass pasture and with the wind and all our fowl and wild birds we often find valunteer plants. We also found several water melon plants with tons of melons. Our favorite no fuss no worries farming ....
