We both marveled at the flavors from our farm fresh greens we mixed with our farm fresh pickled beets with goat cheese and roasted peacons we also made a orange citrus dressing....

We have shisho three different varieties as well as spinach , rainbow Swiss chard, scarlet kale , pepper cress, and some red lettuces. We are going to have a nice salad with our farm pickled beets ,goat cheese and walnuts....
