We had prawns with emolsified local school lane olive oil garlic lemon sauce with chopped kale salad and our roasted mosque de Provence hierloom pumpkin we grew here on the farm risotto ....

We had our very good chicken foot stock noodle soup it’s like velvet such a lovely style what can we say nutritious soup along with my favorite blue cheeses wedge salad using our organic farm cured bacon.. we also enjoyed our french friends fresh french bread....

The stew taste even better today. We are going to freeze some of the left overs after we unshelled all of the fish. It gave us several meals and was a lot of fun to make....
