Checking on the omega three rich organic pastures for all our fowl hands down that is what makes all of our food we raise the best it can posibally be its the pastures and here in the desert that's a lot of work from owning the water rights to seeding and reseeding all of the pastures to rotating...

the blue egg is what a double yolk egg looks like the hens are working hard making up for a cold winter of not producing. We are proud to be animal welfare approved pastured eggs...

Spanish black heritage turkeys, our egg laying chickens a long with our sabastapol geese a few Guinea hens are roaming free on five acres eating organic omega 3 pasture grasses. Our pasture are just starting o grow after a cold start in the winter....
