We made a crazy Chinese fried rice as we used our farm onions ,garlic, Patti pan squash, Swiss chard, Tuscan kale, farm crured bacon, and of course our animal welfare approved organic pastured eggs. When you eat farm fresh nutrisouis food you do not need much as your body feels the the nutrition...

We are still getting some late harvest lettuces ,kale, carrots, onions and Patti pan squash we will do some fried rice for dinner using our vegetables...

We are making corn chowder using our farm onions, celery,chicken broth, chives subbing potatoes for our farm zucinni we just love our local albertson store as we are great customers as we buy wine ,beer, juice, organic milk for our puppies I bet they wonder as we buy nearly no food just drinks....

We always check the animals several times a day expecially in the hot afternoons the piglets lay with mom under a fan as they get older we have a mist system to turn on in the heat of the day. The meat chicks were all flat out sleeping they look dead when they do that until I tossed in some fresh...
