We made fresh red wattle pastured organic pork steaks scaolpinin using our left over pecorino cheese pasta it was so good.we used our chicken foot stock as well as our farm fresh sage....

We are sitting here with a fire and it started raining . We have crazy weather that can differ 50 degrees from morning to afternoon and our farm is surrounded by mountains so the slight chance of rain hits our farm when the weather says 20 percent chance of rain we get rain. We do not complaine...

We had a bunch of junk food yesturday so it was time to make an old fashioned rustic meal , we made organic mashed potatoes using our farm organic herbs and string beans using our farm fresh hierloom string beans with our organic farm beacon then a huge chicken fried steak, and some fantastic gravy...
