We harvested these beauties this morning to name a few we have yellow and green stripes named pork chop, we also have chocolate stripes, Japanese black prince, Japanese black trifle ,Dona, Italian beef steak, and many more....

The farm Vineyards are starting to ripen for the last two years we harvested August 15 .
We have to start checking the brix next week ideally shooting for between 24- 27 it's a fine line as we have to harvest first thing in the morning so the grapes are at their optimum....

It is pretty amazing the different verities and flavors the different hierloom tomato we have 24 different varieties from pork chop, choclate stripes, Japanese black prince, Japanese black truffle ,large boar,Dona, Italian beef steak ,San MaraZon to name a few and from Citris , smokey to pure tomato...
